Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Massachusetts and New England
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning starts and some weekend hours
- Willingness to undergo paid company training program
