Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Utilize the company's mobile application for navigation, delivery updates, and customer communication.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery issues with poise.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle cash/card payments if applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iOS) with data connectivity for navigation.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
