Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while adhering to company dress codes.
- Obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Utilize handheld devices to track delivery status and update customer information.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficient use of a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
