Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods on designated routes across Florida
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for each shipment
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical safety and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to provide real-time delivery updates
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
