Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on regional routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using standard forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and hours of service.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to company safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record (MVR) and no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
