Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload cargo from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery truck and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Follow designated routes and adhere to time management schedules.
- Complete digital paperwork and obtain electronic signatures upon delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and GPS navigation systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL is a plus but not required.
