Your Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of our company. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Operating Class A or Class B commercial vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Loading and unloading cargo using forklifts or hand trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Verifying and documenting delivery details, including quantity, condition, and customer signatures.
- Maintaining accurate logs (HOS) and adhering to all federal and state traffic regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and resolving delivery issues on-site.
- Keeping the truck clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
