Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on highways and local routes.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs and DOT compliance.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (New grads welcome).
- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Current Medical Certificate (DOT Med Card).
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
