Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (gravel, sand, asphalt)
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload materials at construction sites and quarries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors
- Keep cab and equipment clean and in optimal condition
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong understanding of Mesa/Phoenix area geography
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability (early starts possible)
