Your Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Load and unload materials (sand, gravel, dirt, demolition debris) using appropriate equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors.
- Keep the truck and trailer clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in construction or hauling.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and traffic laws.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and climb in and out of the cab.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Valid Medical Certificate (DOT).
