Responsibilities
- Operate your owned box truck for dedicated local/regional routes within Indiana and surrounding states
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining exceptional safety standards
- Manage all aspects of truck maintenance, documentation, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Submit accurate daily logs and trip reports via our digital platform
- Collaborate with dispatch team to maximize weekly mileage and revenue
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck or straight truck experience
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Reliable late-model box truck (2015 or newer, 22-26 ft preferred)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital dispatch communication
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
