Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes across the continental US
- Safely transport freight to designated destinations on time and in optimal condition
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD)
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and load coordination
- Uphold strict compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with ELD systems and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays (home weekly)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assistance coordination
