Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) across Pacific Northwest routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight requiring temperature control or hazardous materials endorsement
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Oregon/Washington highway systems
- HAZMAT/Tank endorsements preferred (training provided)
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
