Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes within Florida and Southeastern US
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Manage delivery documentation, manifests, and electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Maintain clean, professional driving record and vehicle appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Florida highways and Southeastern US routes
