Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-20 ft cargo vans for local and regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Verify delivery documentation and obtain proper signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- CDL Class B certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with mobile delivery tracking apps
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
