Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations adhering to planned routes and time windows.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care and answering inquiries politely.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and delivery records for all assigned stops.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps.
- A friendly demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
