Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing when required
- Resolve delivery issues promptly with exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass background check
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of San Antonio neighborhoods preferred
