Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food orders, and retail items to customers within designated Philadelphia zones
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app, including proof of delivery photos
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adapt to real-time delivery demands and traffic conditions
- Uphold company standards for packaging integrity and temperature-controlled deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance or willingness to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for mobile app usage and navigation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs in apartment buildings
- Strong time management skills with punctuality as a core value
- Basic math skills for cash handling tips and delivery confirmation processes
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
