Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Los Angeles area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure a clean driving record.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic signatures where required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle (van/truck).
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays immediately to the dispatch team.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle or ability to obtain a company vehicle.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones for GPS navigation and digital signatures.
