Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation using our mobile tracking app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting and loading packages when needed
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to operate company vehicle (commercial license not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and route optimization abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
