Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Columbus metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and navigate stairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
