Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify and handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols strictly.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance needs.
- Manage time efficiently to maximize delivery routes and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps and smartphone technology.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle in good working condition.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
