Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages & food orders to residential/commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records via our mobile app
- Verify recipient identity & obtain signatures for high-value shipments
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with proof of auto insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation & delivery apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno depot
- Basic math skills for cash handling & tip management
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check & drug screening
