Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and packages to designated customer locations within the Houston area.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Utilize company mobile applications to update delivery status and log routes accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
- Resolve delivery issues and handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
