Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within the Milwaukee area.
- Obtain proper signatures and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in the condition received.
- Utilize handheld technology to update delivery status and manage route logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
