Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local and regional deliveries in the Houston metro area
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily delivery targets and route requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Houston-area roadways and delivery zones
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Must own reliable transportation to/from dispatch location
