Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end creation of the company's 2026 technical roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical execution strategies.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and potential partnerships that align with the 2026 strategic timeline.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technical roadmaps for large-scale products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on market shifts.
