Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and next-gen security protocols.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies, securing patents and intellectual property that position the company as a market leader.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of agility and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business units to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready solutions.
- R&D Management: Oversee the research and development budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI on futuristic projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
