Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, high-availability systems specifically tailored for the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business goals into robust technical architectures.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and refinement of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring zero-downtime performance and maximum efficiency.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and security protocols across all development teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with a focus on backend systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
