Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical strategies and architectural goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, advanced AI integration) into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed across all development phases.
- Vendor and Technology Management: Assess emerging tech vendors and tools, making strategic decisions on technology adoption to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud-Native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures to meet long-term strategic goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
