Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Lead architectural discussions to ensure our systems can handle projected growth and complexity by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Management: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced ML) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on strategic planning and roadmapping.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integration, and Agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with C-level executives, investors, and technical teams alike.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
