Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to align research with market needs
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants and partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers through NeuroSync's AI Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (h-index ≥15)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in neuroscience or cognitive psychology
- Proven ability to lead large-scale research projects
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
