- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future-state ecosystems
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive convergence points
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and human augmentation systems
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory landscapes impacting technological adoption
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking exponential change indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
