Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and neural networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize algorithmic performance.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and security.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for emerging technologies.
