Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term AI and machine learning roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship.
- Design, train, and deploy scalable AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and computer vision systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into robust AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies such as Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI products from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
