Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable AI systems optimized for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps for future-proof products.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, addressing bias, transparency, and safety in all systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with the principles of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
