- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI of futuristic projects
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in futuristic planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Certified in Agile/Sc methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
