Key Objectives:
To design, implement, and maintain the core technical backbone of the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI/ML models into legacy infrastructure with zero downtime.
- Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Mentor junior staff and conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipeline optimization and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
