Responsibilities
- Architect and design proprietary quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Lead a team of interdisciplinary researchers and engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and enhance software-hardware synergy.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum).
- Strong background in classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum counterparts.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket, or Google Cirq).
