Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable deep learning frameworks for large-scale deployment.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and methodologies for the AI department.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Research and evaluate new algorithms and hardware accelerators to improve model performance.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience managing large, distributed machine learning pipelines.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
