- Develop and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two 2026+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5-year horizons
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation bodies
- PMP or CTO certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
