Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technology stacks with business goals.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, resilient systems that support our futuristic initiatives.
- R&D Oversight: Spearhead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, and next-gen cloud ecosystems.
- Talent Development: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team that pushes the boundaries of technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership, product teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best-in-class security protocols, DevOps practices, and compliance standards to protect our intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP of Engineering).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of scaling teams and managing cross-functional projects in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
