Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities on a designated route.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment on the bus at all times.
- Monitor student behavior to ensure safety and adherence to school bus rules.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and dispatch.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements (or willingness to obtain them through our paid training program).
- Excellent driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Patience and a positive attitude when interacting with students and parents.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
