Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline per district protocols
- Adhere strictly to designated routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete mandatory safety training and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain CDL with school bus endorsement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience working with children aged 5-18
