Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students on assigned routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage student boarding, seating, and exiting procedures
- Maintain discipline and ensure bus safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to strict traffic laws and district policies
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (CDL training provided)
- Minimum 21 years old
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb bus steps
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Background clearance clearance required
