Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and efficient transportation to riders using the GoRide Connect platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and professionalism
- Report maintenance issues and follow vehicle maintenance protocols
- Track earnings through the driver app and submit required documentation

Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and ability to use the GoRide driver app
- Four-door vehicle model year 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Proof of auto insurance meeting Texas state minimums
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio geography and traffic patterns
