Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and BeachRides safety protocols
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards through friendly interactions and timely pickups

- Complete thorough pre-trip inspections and vehicle cleanliness checks before each shift
- Utilize the BeachRides app efficiently to manage rides, track earnings, and accept trip requests
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or passenger feedback promptly to support team
- Uphold professional appearance and represent BeachRides brand positively at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to navigate GPS apps and ride-sharing platforms
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak demand periods
- Basic knowledge of Virginia Beach geography and popular destinations
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- No major moving violations or DUI convictions in the past 3 years
