Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (Louisville to Nashville/Atlanta)
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD compliance)
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Ensure proper cargo securement and handling protocols are followed
- Represent company with professional conduct at customer facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including overnight trips
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation and electronic logging
