Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and courteous transportation to passengers in the Raleigh area.
- Utilize the mobile application to navigate routes, accept ride requests, and manage trip details.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and professional vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with passengers, answering questions and assisting with luggage or accessibility needs.
- Keep accurate records of trips and ensure all required paperwork and documentation is up to date.
- Ensure passenger safety by verifying identity and monitoring the vehicle throughout the ride.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Have access to a reliable 4-door vehicle (2004 or newer model year).
- Current auto insurance in your name that meets state minimums.
- Have a valid smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan and a compatible app.
- Ability to pass a background check and a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
