Responsibilities
- Operate Delivery Vehicles: Safely drive and operate delivery vans and trucks to designated delivery routes in the Cincinnati area.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers, ensuring packages are handled with care and placed in the correct order.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all packages.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class B or C) with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
